"Everything Happens To Me" is the third Hans Stamer release on brouhaha records.
Considered one of the greatest blues and R&B vocalists anywhere, he was the frontman for the legendary R&B Allstars for over 15 years, and has performed with James Brown, Ike and Tina Turner, and many others.
Ever since he first heard Louis Armstrong perform in a Hamburg music hall in 1955 – at the age of 17, Hans dreamed of recording an album celebrating the music of the 1930s and 1940s. “Everything Happens To Me” is the realization of that dream, containing 13 classic songs made famous by Louis Armstrong, Billie Holiday, Ray Charles and others.
Featuring some of Canada’s finest instrumentalists, the album sizzles with great performances and outstanding vocals.
