ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
“Hell Froze Over” (The book coming soon)
Chicago Illinois 1976, August 9th to be exact, a freezing cold day in the middle of the hottest summer in the Windy City's history. An oxymoronic day like this even existing made no sense at all, completely disrespecting nature, a day that should have never been, and one that has never reoccurred since. I was born on that day. The umbilical cord around my soft throat would've saved me and dozens of others an enormous amount of pain. That obviously wasn't the plan. I was created in pain, conceived in pain, and done nothing since that day but cause pain. I do not bring the pain, because unfortunately,” I Am” the pain, but you can call me ‘ICE COLD’ just like that mysterious day in August. I cannot thoroughly go back to tell this story because painkillers have kidnapped too many memories. Not enough painkillers to help, but just enough to keep me sane to the point where insanity took over. Please know that painkillers don't work because “I Am” still alive, by force, not by choice. In fact there were never many choices, several different voices, but not many choices. This album was about completion. The tracks were laid down before any of the lyrics were committed to paper. Self-incrimination not intended, but this album is based on some very real and actual events personally experienced and/or witnessed by 'ICE COLD'. "Hell Froze Over" to be continued..... Album credits include music collaborations with ~Whiskey Braziel Productions~
