ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
My name is John Jones and I made this album almost completely by myself on my Mac. Wendy Melvoin and Lisa Coleman wrote Fruit at the Bottom. Michael Poupko played guitar on Love Thing and it really wouldn’t be complete without him. Chris Steinmetz mastered it all at Chicago Recording Company. Otherwise everything you hear is me…I played keys, programmed beats, chopped and transposed Garageband loops, and sang countless vocals. I’m very proud of my work.

Great artist!
This album starts off just as great as "Homegrown" With a nice fun, sexy song and moves right into a couple funky fun songs. This album moved to more electronic sound than his first album, but is just as good musically, lyrically, and melodically. This is definitely a heavier, sexier, funkier groove and it's awesome to chill to and to... ;-) Reminds me of the best qualities of Prince, Maxwell, and JT. I can keep going, but I want to get back to listening to it...
