ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This album started with the song Garryvoe, written while staying in a beautiful cottage by the sea in southwest Ireland. The following songs, like this one, were written after experiencing a strong emotion followed by an awareness which needed a release or expression, hence the title:"Songs From The Heart". The triggers for each composition were very human and diverse, ranging from restlessness and sadness to joyous humour. The music reflects an eclectic blend both of styles and moods, which come togther in a surpisingly warm tapestry of sound.
