--Meditate in the morning before beginning your day. By meditating first thing in the morning, you will be setting the energy and your own physiology before placing yourself in situations that could generate stress. This will ensure that your day runs more smoothly and that you are in the proper energetic state to experience miracles!
--Create a library of "love triggers". Sometimes thinking of a certain person or event in your life may not work well for creating the frequency of love that is so important in this meditation. For instance, if you are having difficulties with a partner, child or family member, then bringing that person to mind may cause you to move into stress physiology instead of a state of love. By having multiple options you'll be able to call upon a different trigger when necessary. Some suggestions include: A beautiful natural scene that inspires a sense of awe, a pet, a memory of a happy time, someone that you love unconditionally, the Divine.
--Use the 12 Breathes Technique to refresh your Primus state. Doing the full Primus meditation is like building a dam in a stream. Doing the 12 Breathes Technique is like throwing a stick in the stream. If the dam is already in place, then the stick will reinforce it. If the dam isn't in place, throwing the stick in the stream is probably not going to build it. Use the 12 Breathes Technique occaisionally during your day or when you encounter a stressful situation, but don't try to use it as a replacement for the full meditation.
