ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"My time at Ravencliff Asylum was the most crucial nightmare of my life."
-Bruce Nightengale

Composer Steven R. Scifo tells the story of Bruce Nightengale, and his journey from incarcerated menace to society to recovery and self-realization. Mr. Nightengale is played by the lead guitar, and confesses every last reflection, regret, and hope during his stay at Ravencliff Asylum. The mystical Classical guitar melodies combined with daring Metal improvisations give this album a unique ambiance that lingers beyond the music.

Beautiful and Moving!
This is the first time I've heard of Phantom Guardian but this album won me over on the first listen! All parts are very well played and composed, and every melody has purpose. I felt like the instruments were speaking to me, there's tons of emotion on this album. Definitely recommended if you like melodic guitar music with plenty of technical prowess and an original sound!
