ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Puzzlebox formed as a jazz sextet in 2005 to perform the compositions of bassist Keith DeStefano.. Their debut album, "Just When I Thought," has been heard on radio stations around the country, and they have performed extensively throughout the northeast region. One year ago the band expanded into an octet, and recorded, "A Place to Be."

Inspiring record
"A Place to Be" is a beautifully crafted record. I just got it a little while ago and I'm really inspired by Kieth's compositions, especially the rich harmonic language and texture that he uses throughout the album. This is a really beautiful and inspiring collection of songs with great musicians. Hope to see them live soon.
