Album Notes
"My Mailman Has a Tail" is a whimsical collection of songs in a variety of American musical styles: Delta blues, ragtime swing, country, rock and folk—plus a good dose of Jew's Harp. I am by no means strictly a kids artist but have always connected well with children, mainly because I never grew up. While our kids were young, I frequently serenaded the neighborhood gaggle with absurdist marches and rollicking ditties. Subject matter here is vaguely educational—hygiene, pre-historic situations—laced with mild absurdity. Recommended for ages 4-10 but highly suitable for immature adults and their neighbors. A good CD to play on a family road trip.
I sincerely hope that you, your family and friends AND your mailman enjoy listening to this this collection as much as I did making it.

Mom of 3

Great CD for kids
This is a fun CD for kids! And Moms won't mind listening to it, too. My kids love "A Rock, A Stone, A Stick and a Bone". It may be the most requested song in my house (or car!).
