Album Notes
Gorgon Days is Solace's most complete and heartfelt work to date. The music is typically dark, mystical, and gothically exotic, and yet has a style that transcends genres. Elements of world music, with hypnotic Arabic percussion, permeate it's fragile interior, but the electronic beats have an IDM quality, making it an edgier companion to the work of Dead Can Dance. The album's subject matter reflects Jeremiah Soto's inner demons and outer frustrations. It's a deeply personal journey into the heart of darkness, laying demons to rest in an ultimately therapeutic and liberating sonic experience.

gothic and gorgeous
This CD is masterfully crafted. A dark, complex piece of work. A pleasure to listen to. Solace never
dissappoints. I have many of his albums, each one is different. He is always evolving in his art. Try this
one out for either an all night gothic dance fest, or a nice tumbler of scotch for night of dark moods. Enjoy!

Dark and delicious
Gorgon days is a dark, delicous listen. Put it on for either a night of dancing or to slip into that big velvety chair with a tumbler of scotch to be transported away. Solace is ever evolving with his art. Never stagnet in his craft. I have many of his albums and he never dissappoints. All are masterfully crafted and a pleasure to listen to. Try it out, step out of the cookie cutter music mold and let Solace take you away!

Another winner! World beats with hypnotic vocals.

Another amazing album from Solace..dark, edgy layered with emotion and some incredible trancey/electronicish sounding stuff going on in the background. GREAT to dance to if your a Bellydancer,, especially radtastic for fusion. I throw this one on constantly.( as much as Solace's Opium head) . Its also really inspiring to paint and create to. LOOK INTO MY EYES.. you WANT this .

Excellent CD!
This is not a CD I can have just playing in the background. I need to listen, I need to dance, I need to close my eyes and experience it. I admit that "Never Does The Light Shine On Me" is my favorite, and the one song that made me buy/download the whole CD, but it was worth it! Highly recommended!
