ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The beloved salsa orchestra led by Papo Lucca celebrated their 55th anniversary this past at the Coliseo Roberto Clemente in Puerto Rico. They performed some of their big hits like "Juana Bayona," "Mi Lindo Yambu," "Busca Una Orquesta," "Ñañara Cai" and many others. They also perform their new hit "Sonrisita Y Chuchillita." The band is fronted by singers Hector "Pichie" Pérez, Danny Davila, Fernando "Wito" Colón, Edwin Rosas as well as guests vocalists Mannix Martinez, Luigi Texidor, and Tito Allen. Master tres player Nelson González makes an appearance too. This is a great celebration of the venerable and timeless band.
