Gently close your eyes and as you do
take a deep breathe... slowly
and fully feel your body relax,
as you slow your breathing
you can let your mind relax.
Right now in your eyelids
there is probably a feeling of relaxation,
perhaps a comfortable tired feeling,
a pleasant heavy sensation. Whatever the
feeling is right now in your eyelids
just allow that feeling to multiply... and to magnify
to become greater and as you relax your eyelids
you can allow that feeling of relaxation to flow outward in all directions, as imaginary waves or ripples, allow a feeling of relaxation to go outward to your entire facial area... just think about relaxing your face, allow that feeling of relaxation to go outward to your entire head area... just think about relaxing your head.., enjoy the feeling of relaxation going to your
neck and shoulders... down your arms into your hands. Welcome a wondertul feeling of relaxation,
going down your entire body, your legs, your feet all the way out to your toes, completely, pleasantly
relaxing your entire body... Slow down a little, just allow yourself to slow down.
I'm going to count downward ... from 10 to 1 ... as you here every descending number just feel
yourself slow down a little bit more. At the number 1 you will enter your own natural level of deepest
relaxation. 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1. You are completely aware at every level of your mind, you can
accept or reject anything that is given to you. YOU are in complete control, see and here your mind
repeat and echo these words.
I am a winner, a confident, successful goal-oriented winner. Others may be willing to sit back and
wait for things to happen, but I am willing to work to make things happen.because I am a winner.
I vividly picture myself as confident and in command. I focus my thoughts on this image, this positive symbol of inner strength. I remind myself that my mind creates my reality and this is the reality my mind is now creating. I succeed when I expect to succeed. I am healthier when I expect to be healthy. I am confident by making a habit of thinking and acting and talking in a confident way. I actively search out ways to be helpful, to be constructive in word and action. I find reasons to praise honestly and intellengently, to give credit where it is due, by looking for the
positive. I encourage and praise others and especially myself. I take pride and joy in my growth and
success. Benefits, Success can come at any time.
I will count from 1 to 10. at the count of 10 you can open your eyes... alert and energized
feeling fine.., feeling better than before. 1,2 coming back now.., very slowly 3, bringing back something positive.., something helpful 4, coming out know 5, feeling totally normalized at every level of your being 6, feeling the circulation returning to your extremities 7,coming to your full potential 8, almost awake now
9 and 10. Open your eyes... wide awake and feeling great!!!
