ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This is a very special recording from Tom Braxton's early career. He teamed with one of his best friends, Kirk Whalum, who played and produced several of the tracks. Keyboard prodigy Bernard Wright provided the funky settings for some of Tom's originals and added his own special New York flavor to the production. Special guest Dean Brown on guitar and other great players made this a fantastic debut effort for Tom Braxton's solo career. Tom's groove and fusion roots come through as well as his nuance and subtlety with the saxophone. He expresses himself skillfully on soprano, alto, and tenor saxes and puts on the production hat as well. Get ready to enjoy a wonderful musical journey.
