Monoxide Love

by Trailer Park Girls

We're talking pop-rock at it's best! We poke fun at Spokane's flaws, singing songs about the drunk that hit our vintage Chevy bandwagon, the unsolved double murder at the Spokane Street Motel, the holy roller preacher who ran off with his church secretary

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
We're talking pop-rock at it's best! We poke fun at Spokane's flaws, singing songs about the drunk that hit our vintage Chevy bandwagon, the unsolved double murder at the Spokane Street Motel, the holy roller preacher who ran off with his church secretary, and other matters of pressing importance for the world. Oh yeah, and we're on a mission to exalt those hard-luck gals living a double-wide dream.

Michael

great cd
One of the few things we miss from Spokane is this band. Doug Clark is the guy with the humor column in the newspaper there. He also fronts this band. The music is very catchy, many of the lyrics are based on things in Spokane. Google "Otto Zehm" for instance. They call their music "boomer pop". Even if you don't know about the Spokane connection to the songs, the songs are very well done. I'm glad we could get their music on cd as we now live far, far away.
