Album Notes
Warren returns with another great CD for CD Baby. The multi-instrumentalist produces his most exciting CD to date. Warren operates in an epic scale - the songs on Treacherous range from dark and moody to heavy and grandiose. All are entirely compelling. Check out histrionic tracks like Steel Surface, Clockwork Soldier, and the title track Treacherous. Want high drama and emotion-charged intensity? Songs like Red Ring, Metal In The Mist, and One For Sorrow do the trick. Take Peter Gabriel's grooves, Porcupine Tree's intensity, and Thin Lizzy's rockin' guitars and mix them all together - you get Warren Appleby's Treacherous - pure classic hard / prog rock.

Metalcore Fanzine

If your into straight ahead no frills rock n roll, look no further than this.
This is nice collection of rock n roll tunes with some metal edge thrown in as well. Think UFO and Uriah Heep meeting up with Riot. The tunes are straight forward rockers with some metal parts thrown in here and there. I like this! Warren did this pretty much by himself and he should be proud of that and if your into straight ahead no frills rock n roll, look no further than this.
