This album is dedicated to our beloved mentor and friend, Sandra Izsadore. If you do not know who this amazing woman is, google her! We are truly blessed to have her be apart of our musical creations and personally in our lives, helping us sculpt ABD into the great band that we are... introducing us to Femi, and Seun Kuti, and of course blessing us with the amazing talents of her husband (producer), Byron McNeish, who mastered this album. Sandra is truly an iconic figure for the entire Afrobeat Movement all over the world, and we are absolutely thrilled to have her apart of our family here in Los Angeles! Thank you Sandra for your inspiration and deep support throughout the years. You have given us a direct link to FELA, which we are forever grateful for. Last time Seun Kuti came into town, Sandra asked me to give him a ride over to her house / after party for his UCLA performance. I have to say, he is one of the nicest guys I have ever met; invited us up to his room, as he got ready and ate Nigerian food while talking to us. David S and I sat with him in his hotel room as he spoke to us about his deep.... so reverent... so surreal to be sitting there speaking with Fela's son. We spoke about his dad and mom's discipline, musical creation, and Nigerian culture as he grew up. He told us how his dad made him practice hard every day. Once again thanks to Sandra for this deep connection to Fela. You are truly an inspiration to Afrobeat music Worldwide!!!

Big thanks to all of our fans for all your amazing support over the years.
Matthew Sargis
