ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
'The Joy of Sadhana' is a collection of traditional mantras used for Aquarian Sadhana; a Kundalini Yoga morning practice.
Whether the listener knows the mantras or not, this album will have you singing along in no time. Alexia, singer/songwriter and Kundalini Yoga teacher, produces and composes the music for this fantastic album and her captivating voice creates a relaxed elevating atmosphere.

All the tracks were recorded in a live studio setting and the vibe captured is an illustration of the exquisite and culturally diverse nature of all the musicians involved. Together with Olmo Cassibba, Pedro Misle and Lucas Masciano they create an exceptional collection of mantras both devotional and enjoyable.
