How about launching a Revolution ?
Gentle Revolutions is a pop rock and folk album, made of peaceful energy, with a solid sound. A pure vintage optimistic vision of life, inspired and trivial, plenty of gazoline, full of thrill, heroes and love, cars and sharks, pink and black, green and surf, packed with angels (the racing model), made of bricks and wood, thick and juicy, living and graceful, introducing Santa Klaus and other cowboys.
This original edition was mastered at Abbey Road Studios London, it sounds more vintage than the "Evolution" edition.
Alex Roche was born in France. He used to travel through the world during his studies, and was influenced by north american cultures as he was developing a taste for music instruments and recording gear. He started a five musicians rock band known as "Fast Sugar", singing on many stages during eight years. At this time, he created The Westoke Farm, his vintage tape recording based studio. During the recording sessions, he became a composer, his songs showing influences from the sixties british pop rock and american folk music. Then he decided to make an album of his own, a great revolution around his globe-trotter memory, playing every instrument, recording every little sound… And so came the brand new Gentle Revolutions album.
