ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The songs on Twilight are a collection of songs written by Allison Dennis in her transition from always looking outwardly for happiness, to begin to go within. During the course of three years she attended three yoga teacher trainings that changed the fabric of her ability to perceive the world. Being a songwriter by necessity (as a therapeutic tool of processing) she used her songwriting as a way to capture and roll around in the delightful realization that she's not alone after-all.

Allison runs a donation based Yoga Center in Chapel Hill/Carrboro, NC called Heart of Yoga School, lives with her husband Tain Collins (also a musician), and is still writing songs of self discovery. Being somewhat reclusive, Allison rarely plays live shows anymore, but is looking forward to recording again soon.
