Album Notes
ANADHJOT - At the Sound of Light

Anadhjot - The singer-songwriter yoga teacher from Sweden.

1.  Victory Song and Dance (Rakhay Rakenahar)

This mantra is used like a dance to cut through negative vibrations and opposing forces. Inside each of us is our true self, though it's easy to forget that in our daily lives. Use this mantra to connect to your truth, cut through distractions, and find yourself through song.

2.  Great Undying Truth (Sat Siree, Siree Akal)

This mantra removes fear, relaxes the mind, and allows us to grow. Be brave, go forward.

3.   Balance is All (Mul Mantra)

With this mantra, experience the depth and consciousness of your whole being. We are not our bodies; we are not our minds. We are much more.

4.  Wisdom of Sound (Aadays Tisai Aadays)

This mantra opens your heart and mind to infinite knowledge, the part of you that resonates Truth.

5. Courage (Ardas Bayee)

In yoga we practice self-care, self-reliance and self-empowerment. But sometimes we feel stuck, trapped and tempted to give up. This mantra gives you the courage to keep going.

6.   Meditation for Earth’s Soul (Wahe Guru, Wahe Jio + Jai Ma!)

Your body is a temple and Spirit dwells within you. Use this mantra to connect to your own beauty and divinity. I chant 'jai ma' to remind myself that I come from Mother Earth, I wouldn't exist otherwise. We are part of the solid Earth just as we are a part of Divine Spirit.

7.  A Yogini's Blessing (Long Time  Sun)

I wrote a new verse and created the melody to this traditional prayer. Concentrate on the light inside you; this is your inner knowledge, intuition, and power.

8.  Spirit Guide Me (Sat Nam)

Follow your soul. Follow your dharma

The Awakened no longer sees things in terms of pain or pleasure; good or bad.
The Awakened sees through compassion,
and sees things just as they are.
The Awakened sees everything is perfect as it is,
and all are parts of the whole.
The Awakened sees Love and Life in All,
    and All are One.

Winter Days, they're dark, but the light will come soon.
There's a fire inside you, and the seasons turn,
and the dead reborn, and the sun will rise again.
