ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Ancient City Slickers started out as just a one night a week Jam and has morphed into our "Big Fun Music " band. Our core instrumentation includes banjos, washtub bass, Kazoos, Whistles, washboards, *cacophonium, and many other assorted sound producing objects; especially when performing songs of dire tragedy & pathos such as " Somebody Stole My Gal" ("Really !!!") It may not be music...But it's in the neighborhood.
* a rack with all sorts of objects to hit and whack.
