Artist Biography
Andy grew up with a passion for music - he was classically trained in both the piano and violin, before teaching himself how to play the acoustic guitar. Over the years, life took him from the UK, to Hong Kong, and then back to the UK, where he now resides in Oxford with his family. Although Andy has written and continues to write songs for the voice, he is currently concentrating on his first love, the piano. Andy's piano compositions are inspired by the ups and downs of life, and the accompanying thoughts and emotions that are so often too difficult to express using words alone. Andy is a previous finalist of the UK Songwriting Contest (2006 Instrumental Section). Paradise Lost Paradise Found is his first piano album and is a compilation of a small selection of his work.
