Album Notes
A combination of black magic, ancient incantations, and futuristic science created a band of sentinals that are the ARCOLYTES! Their self titled debut CD will make you raise your horns in the air and shake your head like a macho lizard! Thick guitar riffs, acrobatic solos, and muscular vocals create a sound of power and grace, overflowing with skill and attitude. Punkish flip offs and weary pleas flesh out this band. Political lyrics full of bite and warning take you on a walk between uncontroled rage, and hopeful forgiveness.
Motivative, Vengeful, and Breathtaking!

One of the best local indie releases of the year!
When I first popped this CD into my player, I was floored. This is one of the best independant releases I've heard this year. Musicianship is tight, production is top notch and the songwriting is in a class of its own. Favorite tracks are "MBNA", "Blade of Grass/Reflections", and "Killing Machines." Anyone who likes modern style METAL with a touch of progressive Rock will definately love this album.

Nice musicianship and songwriting!
A friend recommended this CD so I decided to give it a try. I thought the songwriting, instrumentation and vocals were great and I don't normally like prog-rock/metal type of music, but I like good music no matter what it is. My friend was right.
