The talented performers of The Girls Against Abuse have released their first holiday album, A Season of Hope! The first track, Winter Town is a We Are The World style production. It features ten extraordinary young ladies who are not only gifted artists, but are also excellent role models. Each has taken a vow in their own life to live free from violence. Winter Town is a universal reminder about the importance of feeling safe during the holiday season. That sense of security is something The Girls Against Abuse artists promote throughout the year as they volunteer their musical talents at performances nationwide.
Another single from A Season of Hope is My Name Is Christmas performed by 10 year old singing sensation Robynne French. In this song, Robynne portrays several different characters as they relate to an Angel Tree (a tree with hanging Christmas lists from underprivileged children). When the producer, Jason Brawner, asked Robynne how she can relate to such a diverse song she answered, “I just close my eyes and sing for the Lord.”
The Jazzy, Tree is Still in the Box and I'm A Present are cool tongue and cheek potential standards that display a playful confidence from the artists Patricia Jewel and Brianna Thomas.
This Season Of Love features the powerful and tender range of country cross-over star Hayley Stayner.
Winter Air is a must download as Jillian's unique vocals and seamless tempo changes create an ambience you have to experience to believe!
Angel For Christmas is Madison's jazz masterpiece! The heartfelt vocal is no surprise as her inspiration is revealed as the song unfolds.
Cherish sings The Light Of Christmas with an effortless power and passion. Make sure you listen to the big surprise ending!
The duet, It Must Have Been The Mistletoe captures the intertwining of two very different vocal styling's of pageant queen Alaina Blair and young crooner Sam Sidoti.
