Great music ...but
I grew up with a mixed tape that included Aunt Betsy on it. I lost it and was very glad to have this CD. I do find that I have trouble getting it to play on my car CD player - and I have to sort of trick my computer into believing it is music in order to hear the music. I haven't tried it in a regular CD player yet...

Downloading again
As noted below, I first heard these songs many years ago. They were a soundtrack for some key parts of my life. I was so happy to find this album here a couple of years back; unfortunately, since that time the computer it was on crashed and I haven't yet recovered it. Well, I woke up from a dream the other day with Liturgy in my head and three or four nights later it I still can't get it here I am downloading it again. I sing some of these songs to my babies as lullabies. I hope all the people who were involved with this project are leading lives full of peace, joy and contentment. ♥ (And yes, if anyone has the other album, please find me and send me a message on facebook!

finding this just made me so happy
I was first introduced to Aunt Betsy in maybe 1995, 1996, by a friend in Memphis who knew the band....we sat in a mutual friend's living room and listened and when it was over he looked at me and his eyes crinkled and smiled and said, "It's magic, isn't it." Yes, it was and is. My copies of the cds I had were damaged a long time ago and I looked and looked and couldn't find them and then, today, a song came into my head and so I googled we are. THANK YOU.

i miss this band so much - we used to follow them around and this album is so amazing - brilliant work worth any money they ask for - get it!!!

Looking for other album
There is another album of Aunt Betsy that I am looking for, I think it has a song called "Colors" that talks about a trip to Amsterdam, I would REALLY like the opportunity to find it. wildert(at)gmail(dot)com

This album changed my life!!!!
Water was so influencial in my life as a young man. I was 20 when it came out and it was immensely popular with my friends in Port Orchard WA. We went to all of their shows. Liturgy is still one of the greatest songs ever written; the music is beautiful, the backgrounds are amazing, and the lyrics truly speak to your soul. I love and miss Aunt Betsy.

miss you guys
I also miss these guys. Worked together in Chicago in the early 90\'s. Visited them in Washington and will never forget taking the ferry from Bremerton to Seattle with the band, full moon coming up, to go play at the Brick. Where are they now.......

Love It
I have been listening for years and its currently in my radio now in the car. My brother and ex-sister in law were close friends and you guys sang at their wedding! Been in love ever since!!!!
