They fight, they pick, they squabble and squawk - they\'re the Bickersons, America\'s most famous bickering couple. Portrayed by Don Ameche and Frances Langford, John and Blanche Bickerson argued about everything. A comedy classic, enjoyed for decades.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Beginning as a comedy skit on the Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy Show, then in 1946 becoming the center of the Drene Time Show, The Bickersons featured some of the wittiest dialogue heard over the airwaves during radio’s golden age. Don Ameche and Frances Langford’s flawless repartee earned them a strong following and their own program on NBC in 1946. The following year they were signed up for “Old Gold Time” on CBS, where they kept audiences rollicking with laughter for two seasons. Years later the pair revived their popular characterizations in a series of nightclub appearances. Now appearing, in the comfort of your own home, The Bickersons!
