Album Notes
Billy Walker had one of the purest voices in country music, known as the Tall Texan moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 1959.

In 1960, Billy joined the Grand Ole Opry. As a recording artist and songwriter, Walker’s career featured 32 Top 10 hits, 6 #1 Hits and over 100 Billboard chart records.

Billy hosted his own syndicated television show called “Billy Walker’s Country Carnival” for several years, and appeared on every major country music television show in the United States and toured until his death.

He joined First Generation Records in the early 80's and with producer Pete Drake recorded this great album.
