Album Notes
With this album, Momentos, Billy Wall brings to life ten more songs written over the years, with an emphasis towards songs from the early years. Although heard here for the first time, some of these songs are among the first Billy wrote. The song "Moment of Beauty" is among th first he wrote for guitar. And, "As Lovers Can" is the first song written on piano. Even as "firsts" these songs display Billy's style and senstive musical arrangements.

Also, included is "Somthing I Left Behind", aka "the plug song" (you'll understand once you hear it), first performed live at a high scholl talent show!...and still good listening.

So, Momentos is an exploration of ten songs that are from the early days and needed to be heard. They are performed and recorded as close to the original spirit of the song as possible. Some updating of the songs was necessary as songs tend to evolve as time passes, but for the most part they are true to the original inspiration. Enjoy!
