Album Notes
Ben studied jazz composition in college, refining his song-writing. He has performed a wide variety of styles professionally for years.

Ben assembled “Make It Bloom” in 2006, shortly after falling in love with Brit pop again. Revealing beautiful melodies and clever chord progressions, “Make It Bloom” tells a story.

This album grabs you and pulls you in. The music describes personal growth, reconnecting with himself and others. “I am such a lover,” Ben says. “I have learned how to love again and to be loved.”

The music takes a plunge, reminiscent of Built to Spill, Muse, Radiohead, Keane, Sigur Ros, and many others.
