Album Notes
The Black Leaves was formed in Aarhus, Denmark in the autumn of 2009. Now, half a year later, we're ready to show the world our debut album called Life Among Ruins. The music is influenced by the seventies' greatest artist such as Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Velvet Underground, Tom Robinson and so on.

The band consists of:

Mads Kristensen: Vocals and rhythm guitars. Mads is previously known as the man behind U-Turn, a now dissolved rock band from Aalborg, Denmark. He wrote all the songs for the album.
Anton Langebæk: Lead guitars.
Mike Meulenbelt: Bass.
Jon Brændsgaard Toft: Drums and keyboards. Jon also produced and mixed the album.

The album was mastered in Germany by the online service
