Album Notes
When Mel Eubanks and Jamie Hunter ran into each other at a Nashville nightclub it had been over ten years since they had seen one another. When they decided to get together and jam the next weekend they had no idea what was about to happen. They started having so much fun trading guitar licks and pounding out old blues, rock, and r&b classics that they began experimenting with some new ideas. The experiment resulted in a scorching blend of Texas Blues, Chicago Blues, and Southern Rock. Bluesball draws from every musical influence they have ever had, and this debut CD serves up a full course meal of ten tasty originals. From the positive rocking "These Blues", to the painful truth of "What Has Changed", to the SRV tribute "Let Him Cry", this album delivers from top to bottom and will quickly find a permanent home in your CD player!

It is wondurfull. During listening, I have remembered my days in the USA with Dear Mel. It is very well played and recorded one. Congruglation.

The music on this CD is really great. The song Let Him Cry is one of the best. I hope to get to see them preform live sometime. Nothing else to say except this is a great band that sings with a lot of emotion.

A Fine Collection of Rockin' Blues!
I'm glad that Mel and Jamie got together because they have put out one of the best southern rock/blues collections I have ever heard! All the songs are classic and "I Know Why", "These Blues", and "Let Him Cry" are fantastic! What a debut CD!

Joe Daddy

Great CD, all songs are exceptional, Mel's vocals really hit the big time.
The CD is wonderful, I have played it over and over and find new guitar licks as well as other things like background vocals, etc. that are fantastic. The CD rocks and each song tells a story. My favorites are Let Him Cry, What has Changed and She's on a roll. But I like all the songs. The CD is a hit and everyone who loves the blues should own one.

Outstanding! Rockin' Blues and Classic Rock doesn't get any better!
Outstanding! If you like Rockin' Blues or Classic Rock it doesn't get any better. Songs, musicianship, performance, and production are all top notch. You're The Reason I Got The Blues, What Has Changed, Let Him Cry, and I Know Why could end up being classic standards some day. What a debut CD! This one will be hard to top.

I loved it, glad I got to see you live, your great!
I am so glad I have this cd, I hope to see you guys perform soon - again.

Gimme MORE!
Not enough stars on the sacle to properly rate this CD. Unlike anything I've ever heard. The blend of country and blues/rock is seamless. I have played it constantly for over a week and it still isn't getting old. If you are a fan of SRV, Tab Benoit, Joe Bonamassa, Mike Zito, or other contemporary blues artists, you HAVE to have this CD.

Awesome CD!
This CD rocks! Awesome songs and guitar! Superstar material!
