ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Rock and Roll Rebel, OMEB, and the Country Man, Bobby Mackey, as the song says, "put our styles together and it got out of hand". This fun and unique song battles out the Classic Hard Rock style of the OMEB and the Traditional Country style of Bobby Mackey. OMEB's driving rock guitar playing and singing style is offset by the country melody and smooth phrasings that Bobby Mackey has been known for throughout his 33 years of traditional country music in Wilder, KY. The blending of OMEB's edgy, classic rock roots and Bobby's Traditional Country has sent a shockwave through Bobby Mackey's Music World, as both their fan bases are energized to see what they are going to do next! Bobby and OMEB, while being from two drastically different styles of music, both share the same intense passion for what they do which is why this works. So we hope you enjoy "Rockin' The Country"... especially the fun hearted "duel" in the last verse over their musical styles.
