Album Notes
PICRIC WOBBLE, composed by vibist Bobby Naughton, was released in 1981 on the LP, "The Sky Cries the Blues" (CMIF RECORDS 1), the only album production from the New Haven based Creative Musicians Improvisors Forum (CMIF). It features a 14 piece orchestra with outstanding solo contributions from Smith, Lake, Ehrlich and Lowe. Recorded in Southbury CT on January 12, 1981. Tape restoration and digital transfer in 2010 by RBY Productions.
