Album Notes
Many people find it difficult to focus and concentrate when they sit down to study. Their mind will tend to wander, they find themselves getting drowsy after just reading a few pages, and they have trouble remembering what they've learned. Have you ever experienced this when you try to study?
If the answer is yes, this might just the right music to use as a background while studying for tests or just general reading. It uses state of the art brainwave entrainment technology to assist you in using your mind to greater capacity.
Brainwave entrainment consists of using various tones that your brain will naturally follow. As the brain follows these tones it can safely and effectively alter your state of consciousness.
Since the goal here is to increase mental alertness and clarity, Beta waves are used at different frequencies to stimulate the mind. Beta is your normal waking state of consciousness, what you use for rational thinking. Tones that cover different areas of the Beta range (14-18Hz per second) can make the mind clearer, increasing the ability to focus and concentrate for long periods of time.
Headphones are not required, though you may wish to use them to shut out the outside world. Unlike binaural beats, Isochronic tones work well through regular speakers. Their pulsing is very effective because the brain does not have to synthesize the different frequencies into a single tone, which is how binaural beats work.
This is best used while actually studying. The one hour recording can be repeated as much as necessary, though it is not recommended for use before going to bed for your night's rest, as it can be very stimulating to some people.
