Tim Wills

Excellent, modern sounding, powerful big band arrangements
My father and I heard the track Mr. Sandman on our digital cable outlet music station. He and I were impressed immmediately. Good quality recording is very important to us and this CD has a great punch and fresh sound. The arrangements are excellent, song selection is good and the recording technique is great. We enjoy this CD!!!!!

David Perrine

goes down smooth
Very tight band playing great arrangements, well recorded. Punchy, swinging, plenty of humor, but no screaming or screeching. Jack Montrose on tenor!

Michael Graetzer

great arrangements, great energy, great recording
Wonderful surprise on the internet. Fantastic take on old standards, with lots of energy and drive and great solos. Wonderful recording, too. I guess Nevada sets the bar pretty high for swing with all the showbands out there? I never knew...
