ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
In the summer of 2009, in Taipei, Taiwan, Brad preformed his 2,175th show of playing the most famous character in musical theatre history, the Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera. This milestone comes from playing the role on Broadway, in New York; and in The US National and Asian Tours and is one of four others who have performed the Phantom over 2,000 times. Before Mr. Little was asked to play The Phantom, he was performing at the Majestic Theatre playing the role of Raoul in The Phantom Of The Opera Broadway production. His other Broadway and US National tour credits include: Cyrano, the Musical; Fiddler on the Roof; and Anything Goes. Brad won international acclaim, not only for his portrayal of Phantom in Asia, but also for his rendition of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in the South Korean production of Jekyll & Hyde, scheduled to open in Taiwan in June this year. He starred in the hit European Tours of Jesus Christ Superstar, as Jesus and in West Side Story, as Tony. Some of the other shows he’s starred in are: Les Miserables (Javert), The Scarlet Pimpernel (Percy), Beauty & the Beast (The Beast), Evita (Che), Kiss Me Kate (Fred/ Petruchio), South Pacific (Lt. Cable), and The Who’s Tommy (Capt. Walker)… Due to his success in theatre, Brad has had the privilege to perform with many wonderful symphony orchestras around the world. Holiday concerts are some of Brad’s favorites, and he was thrilled to join Maestro Joseph Giunta for two of The Des Moines Symphony Orchestra’s New Year’s Eve concerts and 2009’s Fourth of July concert. He has also sung with Maestro Donald Pippin in his solo Broadway Concert with the Green Bay Symphony Orchestra. It was such a hit that Brad came back the very next year in an encore performance. He was honored when asked by Marvin Hamlisch to perform with him and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra as well as the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C.. Internationally Brad sang in the “Night of 1000 Voices” concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London, England; also he Performed with the Orchestra Symphonic of Brazil, in Rio de Janeiro. His Broadway solo concert in Seoul, Korea is the basis for his newest CD, Brad Little, Live in Concert. Other symphony orchestras Brad has performed with are: Oregon, Seattle, Indianapolis, Delaware, San Bernardino, and also with the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra. But, his finest performance was on Labor Day of 1992, when at sunset on a beach at Cape May, NJ, he married his long time sweetheart, actress Barbara McCulloh, in a ceremony performed by his dad, Dr. Paul J. Little. Brad dedicates every performance to his friends in Battalion 9 of the New York Fire Department who lost 15 men on 9/11. Please visit www.bradlittle.com to find out so much more.
