Album Notes
Breach is an exciting trio on the British jazz scene. Made up of three of the country's most accomplished and versatile musicians; guitarist Graeme Stephen (Scottish Jazz Award for best instrumentalist in 2011), organist Paul Harrison (Scottish Jazz Award for best pianist in 2009 and best project in 2011) and Canadian drummer Chris Wallace, the group takes the familiar organ trio format into fresh territory, drawing from electronica, folk, free improv and rock as much as jazz. The group toured the US and Canada in the Summer and this concert is part of a UK tour to launch their new CD Borders.

Their debut album On The Walk is receiving international airplay and very positive reviews and the group is becoming renowned for their explosive and dynamic live performances.

"This trio have real telepathy"  Musician Monthly.

“...a level of collective understanding that normally comes some way down the line... a singular group identity that embraces spacious atmosphere building, teethy improvisation, precise punctuation and unashamed tunefulness.” The Herald
