ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Winter Apple

Recorded in Portland, Oregon in the fall of 2004, this record explores the loss of a marriage and the dark creaky-ness of the heart. Made with producer, percussionist, and friend Gavin Bowes, his offer to me to "record some of these songs, exactly how they are played at intimate gatherings" became this moody, autumnal folk offering.

Mastering courtesy Jacob Golden.

This record will be made available as a digital release in July.

Brianna Lea Pruett is a songwriter, vocalist, producer and artist who performs and records her own material, as well as lending backup vocals to various projects, including Mothspy Eros and Dead Western. She is a member of the Tiger Friends Collective record label and art collective.
