Album Notes
Brice is the type of artists that the game desperately needs right now. Born in the small town of Statesville, NC, Brice developed a love for music at an early age. After several years of experimenting with instruments and different styles of music, Brice found his true talent lied within Hip Hop. After moving to Greenville in 1997, Brice became a fan favorite on WZMB's Saturday freestyle show, and recorded his first demo "Mic Check" with Sickman Productions. After opening up for KRS-ONE and winning the North Carolina independent artist people's choice award in 2003, Brice went on to perform on BET's freestyle friday and MTV's Making the Band 2. Upon meeting with record labels in 2004, Brice decided to go independent and form ART Entertainment. Since then he has recorded four mixtapes and four solo albums. With the release of "Hip Hop Is," "The Story of B," and "Building a Dream ",Brice has created an international fan base on jango radio, ursession, and iTunes. Throughout all the trials and tribulations the music business can bring, Brice has never lost sight of himself or the honesty and integrity of the music. With the release of his last album, "Almost There," Brice became a household name and no longer North Carolina's best kept secret. "What's Next" Brice's upcoming album, features songs with some of todays hottest lyricist and some very soulful production. Be ready!!! To put it best, one131 on iTunes said . . . "Brice knows what the deal is. If you like true Hip Hop then this is for you. It hits you on so many different levels you want know what to think. Keep dropping the "ish" man. Peace."
