Album Notes
Now here's a band that's a little bit different from everyone else. There are no permanent members, no main vocalist, no big shot rock star, no egos, just a bunch of guys who get together and have fun. At some point members of Grave For The Fireflies, Rock Kills Kid, Civet, The Drips, The Voids, Jeffries Fan Club, RF7, The Bronx & more have all taken part. The line-up changes on just about every release, and there's never the same guys on stage. Whoever is available at that time is in the band. Bullet Treatment is in no way "original", nor do they pretend to be some "new" style of punk. They pretty much sound exactly like all the bands that they like.... THE RAMONES, BAD RELIGION, MISFITS, 7 SECONDS, CIRCLE JERKS, ANGRY SAMOANS, TSOL, MINOR THREAT, & BAD BRAINS !!!!

Maximum Rock n' Roll

Fast thrashing hardcore - with feet planting firmly in punk.
Fast thrashing hardcore - with feet planting firmly in punk. Ten tracks with clean yet suprisingly powerful production - and Matt's vocals are fucking totally great - just the right amount of rawness while being totally tuneful. They've got this classic SoCal hardcore feel to them - think early ADOLESCENTS and CIRCLE JERKS.

Skratch Magazine

By and large, this is a gift from the punk gods above, proving there is still ho
"What more can I say? Huge spoonfuls of old-school So Cal punk (Circle Jerks, Stains, BLA'ST) mixed with adrenaline pumping east coast attack (Ugly Americans, Negative Trend) bring this platter to the table ready to eat with tons of spice (of the scorching hot variety). Yes, its aggressive, but far from generic. It may have its roots firmly planted in the old-school, but it definitely keeps its eyes focused on the future. Its punk as fuck and carries on the flames of the early hardcore years to further feed the fire and keep the music alive. Who are these guys anyway? And why the hell aren't these guys headlining the Warped Tour instead of all that radio friendly fodder all the young punks are being force fed? By and large, this is a gift from the punk gods above, proving there is still hope for us yet.

Editor's Choice Pick......
"Editor's Choice Pick......A power chord announces the noise has begun, then the low bass rumble, then the high-speed chainsaw pick slide of buzz guitar. This is hardcore distortion. This is roots rock 1980. This is not "Filler", this is Bullet Treatment. The first few tracks race on seemlessly with really great marching beats by drummer Dan E. The flow is hyperfast like that Bad Brains record with the lightning bolt. Supposedly the Bronx (L.A.)'s Matt just showed up on a whim (his schedule permitted) and busted out the screamin' vocals that dominate this ep, with guitarists D.C. rotating band of rockers including Jojo on bass. I have no idea what Matt has said most of the time, but I totally agree with it. This cd even includes the rare "Francisco Cabrerra From Pico Rivera" from a split single Bullet Treatment did with Shell Shock available on Puke n' Vomit Records. So what more do you want people ? Buy buy buy!!!!!

No Front Teeth Magazine

Yeah! a 10-track EP !!
“Yeah! a 10-track EP!! The BULLET TREATMENT 7" on Puke N Vomit blew me away and I'm stoked to see that those tracks are included on this CD and after having blown be away last year, they yanked me straight back just to blow me even further away.BULLET TREATMENT are a Molotov cocktail of a hardcore punk band. They are explosive. Fantastic song-writing, playing and delivery, it's volatile style and it's unstoppable. It's a deep breath of old-fashioned punk rock splendor so grab a hold of this now!!”

So Cal Monthly

Its fast, angry and beautifully punk.
”The story about this band is undeniably more unique than their music. Every album and live show supposedly has a different line-up, rotating not only members but instruments too. They have a unique quality there but the music is identical to the great shit that rocked out in the 1980s punk scene. Its fast, angry and beautifully punk.”

Amp Magazine

One of the 10 best records of 2004 !!!!!
"Very simply one of the 10 best records of 2004. Bullet Treatment is everything you wish your band was... fast, loud, full of angst, and brilliantly simple."

stephane belleface

Nice surprise, this band's real-good. Great sound, fast-paste rhythm and harsch vocals... it's oldschool with a bigger prod so what more do you want?!

JR Manitoba

Hardcore the way it was meant to be-without the metal!!
Bullet Treatment plays true old school hardcore-fast angry & in your face! None of this metal mosh bullshit that passes for hardcore these days, this is right up there with RF7, Circle Jerks, Negative Approach,& Jerry's Kids. And those are names that I don't use lightly!
