ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Brandon Waller

Listen closely? Do you hear that sound “Down In VA” or the quiet palisades of it’s surrounding counties? It is a sound very familiar to just about every teenage boy or girl in the area. The beat is rhythmic and pulsates through your body, the lyrics tell a story of growing up and of teenage misadventures. All sung, co-produced and produced by the hottest teen sensation in Virginia. It is the sound of the future from a 16 year old R& B phenom. It is the sound of Brandon Waller!
Brandon is no stranger to fame or to the big stage. Most recently, Brandon Waller has opened up for fellow teenage star Chris Brown, not once but four times! All by popular demand. His performance at Chris Browns first concert in Portsmouth, Virginia drew rave reviews. He has been a feature act at Paramount’s Kings Dominion, the largest theme park in Virginia not once, but twice. He has done shows for Richmond Virginia’s hottest DJ’s, including Sir RJ of FM 106.5 the Beat and Charles Willis & DJ Hollyrome of AM 104.6 and Disc.Dee Jays.
Brandon has come by his potential for fame honestly. As the son of Bruce Waller of the most famed show business family in Virginia known as : The fantastic Waller Family. Brandon has it in the genes, but not the ones you usually see him wearing. His grandfather and manager, “Pop” Waller, is nationally recognized and accomplished with over 30 years in the industry. It is not unusual to hear “Pop” Waller talking about the rigorous work that goes into making Brandon Waller, a class act and a great performer. His D.J. and mentor, DJ Hollyrome, who has worked with Chris Brown while a member of Chris Browns original production team from Virginia, has witnessed the countless teenagers that have screamed and left Brandon’s shows beaming with smiles.
It is not often that a talent this rare is not asked to perform, but as many have witnessed, he gives his best at every show. Brandon says “Every opportunity is a blessing by God and I will give my very best no matter where I am or who I am performing for”. His work ethic is unrivaled in the industry. At every performance, you can watch him work each area of the audience and make every person there feel like he is singing directly to them.
Brandon Waller the person is even more incredible. He has a charm that could grace the cover of every magazine and a warmth that makes every person he is around feel special. His charisma draws a crowd in every venue he frequents, and his concern for others draws allegiance from many who continue to support him. Young ladies adore him and take pictures at a moments notice. Young men look up to his drug free and God fearing lifestyle, while maintaining an uncanny ability to be relevant in the streets. For someone who has not achieved national fame, he sure gets recognized as such. Brandon has been requested to perform at so many teenage parties throughout Virginia, his email has exceeded its quota, as one teenager observed while booking him.
Brandon brings street credibility to teenage sensibilities, and sings songs that represent the most intimate thoughts of teenagers today. His sound is unrivaled in the industry and makes you want to dance at the first cue. He has an uncanny ability to bring people of all races and backgrounds together under one sound. The future of R&B is here and his name is Brandon Waller.
