Album Notes
In anticipation of the winter of 2009, Cabo Joe and Chop-Chop set out to create a soundtrack to accompany the wondrous season. Songs of joy, love, laughter, etc. suddenly started spilling out from their hearts like blood from the victim of knife attack to the abdomen. Yes, it was The Season.

During the recording sessions, Chop-Chop decided that the songs weren’t working. He abruptly left on a three-month of trek around the world.

Left in the studio alone, Cabo Joe began trying to stretch is musical legs. The result of this was the ambitious and awe-inspiring Slo-N-Low. Suddenly, the possibility existed that this could be the end of the duo. Cabo Joe seriously began continuing on without Chop-Chop.

After much silence, Cabo received an e-mail from his former good friend Choppers. Chop-Chop’s return was imminent and Chop-Chop brought with him sketches for many new songs.

The great rock-n-roll revolution that is Cabo Joe and Chop-Chop returned to the studio and recorded more tracks.

The resulting EP was no longer winter focused. It was more upbeat and all about the “party”. Welcome to Spring Break. Enjoy!
