Album Notes
"A vibrant mix of different pop and rock influences. Each song explores a different pop landscape most often with success. A fun, energetic album that flows effortlessly from track to track." - I enjoy records.

Carousel Shy was formed some two years ago out of the burgeoning Houston indie-rock scene, Carousel Shy is now releasing its first full length record.

Don't change a thing
You guys have finally found your groove. Don't change anything (except the title). You four guys are way good. I love it all.

Nothing will get a crowd going like the new sound these guys provide.
The heart palpitating beat on at best is just the tip to what lies ahead in this fresh, new sound from Carousel Shy. Having attended their CD release show in Houston, I was amazed at the maturity and professionalism of such a young act. You can tell these guys are sincere in their writing and performing and that shows in each song, from the decisive beat of the drum to the seamless blending of the guitars with keyboard. This sound is young and fresh and would be well suited for the new show, The O.C. Give us more C.S. We're waiting.

This awesome eclectic indie album is great from start to finish!!!
This album is Carousel Shy's first full length album. Although they are young, the time and effort put into the production of this Indie-Rock masterpiece has paid off. From the pop sounding Please Don't Go to the earth shattering indie ballad Pascal this album is awesome all the way through. We want to be in your radio, We want to be in your heart is a promising first step for this youthful but wise band.

i agree with the first reviewer ... ya what he said
Carousel Shy rocks

Dan's so Emo

This album supplements my drug addiction
This album is a work of art. It starts off with some rock. Then proceeds into some rock with horns. Then rock with a drum machine. And then continues onto more piano-infused rock. I can't argue with it. And neither can you. And my stick figure interpretation is on the inside cover. Carousel Shy = friends for life.

The New York Fuckin Times Nukka
