Atomic Rabbit

by Casimir Liberski

This is the second album from Casimir Liberski Trio! Recorded the day after "The Caveless Wolf" in Brooklyn, this one has a different soundscape : electric, explosive, sinister grooves, neo-soulul melodies, minimal tech. This music is Evil, in a cool way!
Genre: Jazz: Progressive Jazz

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Damien Mehldau (Brad's son) ingeniously said this when listening to the record: "This music is evil... in a cool way!"
Then this crazy LA film producer who once was crashing on our couch in Brooklyn pretty much got it when he declared : "This sounds like Mingus fucking with Rage Against The Machine"... a crude, yet powerful analysis.
This album, recorded the day after "The Caveless Wolf" offers an alternate landscape: electric, explosive, fusion jazz-metal darkness, piano phases mechanical dummy, psychedelic improvisations...
