Album Notes
Awaken from the sleep of empty brutality, Psyphre Christ focuses his energy collective to create damnedbience.

Marrying the physic, the psychic, and spiritual, into hymns both brutally gothic and beautifully death, cryptic yet revealing...,a realm for those burdened in the chaos of dangerous religious imagination ,for those bored with a society of lies, and for those confused by a world afraid of it's own infinity...,into a realm where lust is your reason, instinct your guide..., into the realm of Chapelblaque.

With Psyphre's moody programming, brutiful shredchine work, exquisite poetic injustice and commanding presence, Chapelblaque psychologically murders the confines of industrial, modern day metal, and gothic music, threatening to overtake the darque music continuum with damnedbience, intelligence, and sin.

Seek your dreams..., twitching.

On My Knees Before the Dark God
I could not do this CD justice by trying to sum it up with mortal words... I would liken it to the anticipation of that first crimson droplet as it crests the skin.... nothing compares... Nothing...

Brilliant.........heartfelt emotion in every note and tear.
the songs on the cd appear to tell a story of personal ghosts from the past. the music is a unique blend of genres to create a mood of dark intrest.
I love it! I listen to it all the time!

Review from: Noise&Shit, c/o Huaira Herrera A.,J.J. Vallejos 1250, Depto 52, San Miguel-Santiago,Chile (thanks to Nicole for the translation/originally in Spanish) The metal, gothic, & industrial unite to create a very dark band in their debut album full of new cuts that work with distinct elements giving a theatrical impression. Although they are not like other album of the same genre they are a piece that will be totally devoured by followers of bands such as Lacrimosa or Draedful Shadows.
