Album Notes
Written, composed produced and directed by Jeffrey J. Beauvais of Chase Nafta.

Raised in a family full of talented musicians near the coal mines of Tamaqua, PA, Jeffrey Beauvais of Chase Nafta developed a love for music of all kinds. His passion and talent began to grow when, at the age of sixteen, he received his first guitar. Soon after learning a few simple chords he began writing songs of his own. His talent grew. After combining intricate melodies with poetry, he discovered in himself a new sound. It was then that he began to realize he has something the whole world must hear.

Chase Nafta has performed with bands such as Pillar, The Cross Movement, John Reuben, Seventh Day Slumber, Voice, Everyday Process, House of Heroes, Unsearchable Riches and Andy Hunter. He has also had the extreme privilege of leading worship in the driver's chapel during the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.

i like how u start off the album with a nice bass line and killer raps. plus the kid and the mom voices will draw people in cuz its awesome and funny. filed is awesome. sweet raps and nice percussion. god is good cuz its direct in what your trying to say. i like the synthesizer! i can totally see you rollin in a cadilac singing and rapping this song for a music video. i like humble musics guitar. vocals are good too and i like the back up singers in these songs. i remember u playuing love found me for me. i like the acoustic guitars plus its a song i can see people jamming out too while relaxing. its not intense which is good cuz u need diversity in your album. theodicy isnt one of my favorites. i just dont get a good vibe from it but thats just me. i do like the back up singers tho. trust hims good but im not crazy on your vocals on one of the parts but thats just me. its good and direct tho! my rides pretty funny but im not crazy on that one. i dont know why though. chase nafta i like because your explaining what your doing and who you are. free way flow has a good groove to it i like the chase chant part. look and see is ehh i like it though. noice raps. the albums good mr. nafta

Artistic and catchy beats are great and composed with lyrical content that relays powerful messages to any enthusiast who enjoys Christian hip hop or just hip hop in general. Well blended album that will easily leave you listening track to track to hear artists stories and messages of his past and enthusiasm to spread the word of God through his music. Tracks such as "God", "Love Found Me", "Look n See", and "Chase Nafta" are just of few of my favorites of a well produced album that is definitely worth a listen. Check it out

Awesome CD!!!
The album has a lot of catchy songs. Though my favorite song is Love Found Me, because my fav genre is definitely not rap... it kept my interest throughout the rest of the disc. I especially loved/enjoyed the songs "filled & my ride." They are pretty hilarious! I would reccomend this song to listeners who enjoy originality, creativity and energetic/clever lyrics.
Five Stars!!!

Chase has more than 'Brains,' he has a heart for Christ!
I've known Chase for several years and have watched him mature in his walk with Christ. Gifted beyond measure to rap with the best in the world, Chase puts his love for Christ first and it comes out in his lyrics. In September 2009 I saw Chase live at our youth group kickoff and he was great as usual. Then I saw him in early 2010 at a concert at a small church in Felton, PA and something was different about him and the band. There was a passion and intensity about him (and the songs) that I never saw before (In a good way) and was really excited about the songs I heard Chase share that night. It was as if I was hearing a mix of John Reuben and Keith Green in Chase's original music and it was refreshing. Born out of prayer, God's Word, and life experiences, Chase's music is anointed by the Holy Spirit for sure!

I'd highly recommend that you buy 'Brains' and support Chase's music ministry by praying for him and his wife, going to live shows and supporting them financially as you can. Chase Nafta wasn't called by the Lord to share the Good News through music only in PA - but the world - and we have an opportunity to be a part of it.
