ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Sun and Moon Meditation is the collaboration of composer Jack Lee and Therapeutic Yoga teacher Cheri Clampett. These two guided meditations lead listeners through an exploration of the inner worlds of chakra and meridian pathways and the dualities of the sun and moon. Cheri, an experienced teacher of healing yoga, is the perfect companion for this inner journey. Jack’s music gently informs and enhances the words and leads the listener into deeper levels of relaxation and peace.

This album has been enthusiastically recieved by many and has proven to be a valuable tool in meditation practice, stress relieving and preparation for sleep.

The album concludes with a twenty minute music track for those who want to continue the meditation experience for a longer time.
