Album Notes
Who's the Man I Love? Gershwin, Gershwin and Gershwin. I have been fascinated by this fabulous composer ever since I was a kid and we sang "I Got Rhythm" in our middle school chorus. He and his brother Ira were an incredible team -- I wish I had known them (but I feel like I do).

I live in Paris, France and am constantly amazed by the quality of Jazz and Jazz musicians (not to mention Jazz fans who know their stuff) that you can find here. I took three of these fabulous musicians and spent some time in the studio recording LIVE, all of us at once. We closed our eyes from time to time and imagined we were in a New York speakeasy during the 20’s playing before a live audience. Hope that’s the sound you hear too as you listen to the album.
