Album Notes
Dear Friends,

We put this collection together hoping that you would enjoy comparing two unique phases of The Christmas Lights!

I recorded the “Hair” EP in the winter of 2007 at the R.A.R.C. in Frostburg, Maryland. These were my earliest attempts at writing for The Christmas Lights! and were originally released on a split album with Emil (10 Paces). Curt, Derek, and Josh didn't join me until Spring of 2008, after I had completed the "Walk Like a Human" album. The “Tooth” EP was recorded on May 15, 2009 at Derek’s studio. We recorded the band 'live', allowing only the vocals to be added later. We hoped to capture the way we sounded at our first shows and also bridge the gap between our early and current sound.

Thanks for listening.
