Album Notes
Featuring 16 tracks (10 full length, 6 interludes) and roughly 55 minutes of music, Operation Satan is CODS' biggest album to date. Full of horrific imagery and gut-wrenching facts, this album journeys through the hellish world we have created for animals.

Awesome AAA Rating Album
As always, CODS never ceases to amaze me at how great they make music. Their lyrics, styling, themes, words, everything, it is like candy for adults. Love it and recommend it to anyone who likes their music dark.

Epic album.
This is the best album of the year. Period. Every song is memorable, the lyrics are powerful, it's musically heavy.... it's amazing. I received a download of this album from the band and have been listening to it since then. My favorite tracks would have to be Saturday Mourning, Puppy Maul Madness, and Inferno.

If you liked their earlier work, buy this album.

Circus of Dead Squirrels
If you were a fan of their earlier work, then you wont be let down in their 3rd installment.

Circus of Dead Squirrels is a delightfully demented mix of Metal/Industrial with just a hint of insanity thrown in for good measure.

They are an independent band, but produce quality equal to, if not greater than that of big time record labels.

If given the chance, there is no doubt in my mind that this band could make it into mainstream popularity. But the difference between this band, and *Any Generic Shitty band inserted here* is the level of commitment these guys have to their fans. I've bought every cd/shirt they've put out since 2005 - and one time when I was unable to afford one, Matt (The Vocalist of the band) actually went out of his way to ship me a free shirt at absolutely no charge to me, purely out of his own pocket. Another great example of their commitment: I Pre-ordered this cd a while ago, but due to technical issues beyond their control the cd continuously got postponed. So what did they do? Sent me a free digital copy months before the actual cd will even arrive in my mailbox. They even make a point to reply to their fans through social networking sites such as Facebook, on a regular and frequent basis. I would know, I spam their page pretty religiously and almost always get a response haha. But enough about my slight obsession with these guys...

The bottom line, this is a great cd. If you liked their previous albums, do not hesitate to add this one to your collection. If you're not familiar with this band, then I highly suggest you not let this rare gem pass you bye. Highly recommended if you're a fan of Mr. Bungle, Dog Fashion Disco, or the "circus metal" genre alltogether.

Album Review
To start this band is VERY talented. The lyrics are amazing and awe inspiring due to their sheer graphic reality. This is the best album that they have released and I cannot stop listening to it. I really think that this band knows what real life is and portrays it well in half joking silly manner. I really enjoy that this band also doesn't talk about heart break or mainstream crap and get to the point. VERY GOOD! I suggest that everyone listen to and own this record. If you haven't been exposed to Circus of Dead Squirrels then you are a fool. Happy Listening! :D
