ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This music is extremely funky. It becomes immediately apparent that this is not your father's funk. As you will no doubt figure out by the time you hear the first measure of the title track “Monster” that this trumpet player is heavily influenced by Miles, Tom, and Freddie.

Monster is like a journey through an amusement park. It begins with the scary ride of “Monster”, romances through the tunnel of love with “Wet Kiss” and bids you goodbye in the fun house theme of “Funky Ffun”.

Welcome 2 The New Ffunky.

Tony Aguilar - The "after5ive" Vocalist

C.T.K.
From a funky point of view to a smooth sexy sultry tone is what you are going to get from this Artist, Clarence T. Kyle. Though influences are often copied, it apparent that through hard work and commitment, C.T.K. has clearly brought it to the table. "Monster", the title track is brash, bold, direct and powerful. "It ain't your Fathers funk. In a time when the Music Industry is suffering and it all sounds the same, it is coherently a good thing when real artists can still play their instrument and deliver a style of music all his own. That artist is Clarence T. Kyle.
